Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on Grokimagine 2.0 at grokimagine2.io. By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. General policy
All fees are generally final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed and credits or subscription access are delivered to your account, except as described below or where required by applicable consumer protection law.
2. When we may issue a refund
We may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion in limited circumstances, including: duplicate charges for the same order; a verified technical failure on our side that prevented you from receiving purchased credits or service access; unauthorized charges reported promptly with supporting evidence; or other situations where we are legally required to provide a refund.
3. What is not refundable
Refunds are generally not available for: credits or subscription time already consumed or used to generate content; change of mind after purchase; dissatisfaction with AI output quality, style, or accuracy; account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms (including the prohibition on NSFW content); or promotional or discounted purchases unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Subscription cancellations
If you have an active subscription, you may cancel renewal through your account or billing portal so you are not charged for future periods. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period unless required by law or covered under this policy.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@grokimagine2.io from the address associated with your account within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–14 business days after approval. We will notify you by email when a refund is approved or denied.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Purchases made after the effective date are subject to the updated policy.
